This multi-layered package will give you a full makeover with a design plan that allows you to keep your existing layout and cabinetry.

*This package requires you to keep the same general layout in your kitchen. If you are interested in changing the footprint or cabinetry please refer to our "Kitchen Renovation" package.

Please note: we request that you schedule a FREE "Kitchen Remodel Discovery Call" in order to proceed with this package.

What is included:

• After you purchase, you will schedule your first consultation using the "Appointments" tab. The consultation process is a series of three visits to your home.

• The second meeting (approximately 3-4 weeks later) will include a presentation with the A+S team to show you your Design Plan. We will provide you with material selections, conceptual furnishings, fixtures, and finishes for your beautiful new kitchen during this meeting.

• Once these selections have been made with your designer, they will model them In a 3D rendering so that you can see your design vision come to life.  

• The Acacia + Spruce team will come to your home for an initial walkthrough of your space and a "Dream Session". Together we will discuss your vision and the changes you would like to make. At this meeting, we will take measurements of the space and gather the information needed to begin working on your design plan.

Once the consultation process is complete, you will have:

• Material samples of all finishes and selections (ie. countertop, tile, cabinet hardware, paint, lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc).

• Conceptual Design Board to display your kitchen plan, including proposed furnishings (if applicable).

• Bids and total investment costs of fixtures & finishes in our design studio.

• Specifications and diagrams that are necessary for the contractor to implement the design plan.
