Our Process:
We recommend you schedule a Discovery Call with us before investing in this package. During your Discovery Call, we will review the spaces you want to Spruce up and will give you access to our Style Guide Questionnaire. If you decide to move forward we will collect 100% of the design fee(s) to begin.
The Acacia + Spruce team will come to your home for an initial walkthrough of your space and a Design Session. Together we will discuss your vision and the changes you would like to make.
Once the Initial Consultation is completed, the team will start on your design plan. We will set an appointment to visit your home to measure and will set up a trade day (if applicable). You will be given access to a personalized Virtual Design Studio that you can use to follow along. In the studio, you will be able to review, approve, and/or flag individual products. The Design Plan will be completed with a project estimate and projected lead time on furnishings and materials.
After 4- 6 weeks the team will present you with our full vision Design Plan. While we are working on your plan we will send you color swatches, material samples, etc. We will also communicate with you via email, and chat in your design studio. In this presentation, you will review the renderings of your space(s). We will make adjustments accordingly to make sure all parties are happy to move forward.
Once the Design Plan is approved and signed, we will collect 100% of all approved products and materials and 50% labor. We will assemble and store all items until Installation Day.
If there are any renovations we will create and share the project timeline.
For Reveal Day we ask that you do something fun while we install your space. We will contact you to come back as it gets closer to that time.
You will have 5 days to let us know about any styling elements you do not wish to keep or would like to change. At that time our team will come back and do a final walkthrough. We will ask you to create a "punch list" of any repairs or concerns during that time so we can address them. Final payment is due upon completion of your punch list.
